Ooops!
What a great opportunity! Sadly I've only just woken up (got the worst cold on this planet bar none!:-)) and missed it! LOL!
Anyway - good luck if you've entered and if not, thought I'd just pop in and say HELLO *waves*!! and I think it's brilliant that you;'ve publicised this!
Take care

Old Kitty - it's not too late - 45 minutes left! You still have time to send something in...
eeek!!
Now I'm panicking and manically trying to compose a proper query letter - it's like what on earth was my novel about now??
Arrrrgh!
LOL!
thanks!

That makes two of us! :)
Luckily, Jackee had just helped me with a query letter for my agent meeting at the conference in May. Hello Kitty and Susan, you should get one ready this weekend for the next opportunity!
Thanks sooo much Susan. I wouldn't seen about the contest if you hadn't posted, emailed and called. I rarely look at my computer before noon on the weekends. I got mine in at 11:01. I was terrified my computer would freeze up if I didn't attmept to send it asap. Thanks for encouraging me. :) I look forward to hear what her responses are.
Theresa - I've definitely seen the importance of having your query letter ready and on hand - you'll never know when you'll need it. I had one for this particular book but I wrote it a long time ago - I've learned a lot about writing query letters since then (I hope!)
Sharon - I'm so glad you got yours in on time! I figured if I tried to communicate with you enough different ways, eventually I'd reach you. Facebook was next. :)
Awww, for me. Thanks so much, Susan! Have a wonderful week. I look forward to seeing you on Friday. :)
